Conceptualization of a multicentric data integration for the biobanks of the German Center for Lung Diseases (DZL)
The information stored in local registers and databases about available bioprobes should be consolidated into a central biobank management system. The work will aim to standardize processes and implement the corresponding interfaces.

For an insight into the activities of the research group, we have summarized ongoing and completed theses here briefly.
